OUR PHILOSOPHY OF CARE
The aim of all our care homes is to provide care to all residents to an excellent standard. This embraces the fundamental principles of good care practice, and may be witnessed through the delivery, conduct and control of quality care. Those who live in the home should be able to do so in light of their own individual requirements and to benefit from the care given. Residents shall live in a clean, comfortable and safe environment and be treated with respect and sensitivity to their individual needs and abilities. A resident's care is complemented by a programme of activities which stimulates mental alertness, self-esteem, and social interaction with other residents.
Staff are responsive to individual needs and provide the appropriate degree of care to assure the highest possible quality of life. A continuous staff training programme is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest initiatives and developments in care practices as laid down in appropriate legislation, regulations and standards.
